Michael Horn from the Innosight Institute with a new article in Forbes: “Bright Spots Shine on Online Blended Learning.”  He highlights KIPP Empower Academy (in L.A.), Carpe Diem, Los Altos (using Khan Academy) and Quakertown Community School District. In it, Michael says:
